Jennifer Bullard

Yes Yes Know Founder, Jen Bullard, has over 20 years of UX experience in web and software development. Her industry experience includes high-tech, b2b,and SaaS software startups in multiple verticals from: cyber security and data management to fin-tech. As is common for products with exemplary user experience, Jen’s clients have had multiple successful exits.
Jen holds a Master's Degree in Human Computer Interaction from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), combined with a fine arts degree from the University at Buffalo. Jen lectures in Informatics and Human Behaviors at Northeastern University and is a mentor for Techstars Boston. She compliments her passion for usability with a focus on making technology accessible and available to people of all abilities. She is CPACC certified by the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) and is proud to play a part in creating an accessible world.
